At Liora Naturalis, we want you to love every piece you purchase.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer free returns within 15 days of receiving your item.

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must:
• Be unworn, unwashed, and unused
• Have all original tags and packaging intact
• Be returned within 15 days of receiving your order

How to Initiate a Return
1. Contact our customer care team at liora.naturalis@gmail.com within 15 days of receiving your order.
2. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a pre-paid return shipping label.
3. Pack the item securely and attach the label to the parcel.
Returns from within Australia will incur $15 return shipping charge. Please note shipping fee is not refundable.
For international customers, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please email us at liora.naturalis@gmail.com. We will do our best to hold the requested item for you until your return is received.

Faulty or Incorrect Items
We take great care to ensure every piece meets our quality standards.
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
